Crispy Almond Oatmeal Cookies NO Flour NO Eggs (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients

80 grams rolled oats
50 grams Almond (1/2 Cup)
160 milliliters Hot water
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
60 milliliters Cooking oil (1/4 Cup)

Instrusctions

Lightly chop the oatmeal and almonds
Add 160ml Hot water
Mix well
Add 2 Tbsp Sugar +1 Tsp Vanilla extract+60ml Cooking oil (1/4 Cup)
Mix well
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared sheets, spacing them
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 356°F for 35-40 minutes
