Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • 40 grams Sugar
  • 80 grams rolled oats
  • 120 grams Peanut butter
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, Mix egg with sugar
  2. Add rolled oats and Peanut butter
  3. Mix well
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and flatten it with a spatula
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 356°F for 10 to 15 minutes
  6. Decorate them with peanut butter and shredded coconut but that's optional.
