In a bowl, mix 1 Egg, 50g Sugar (¼ cup), 1 Tsp Vanilla extract

Add 50ml oil, 100ml Milk, and mix

Sift 130g all-purpose flour (1 Cup), 25g Unsweetened cocoa powder (⅓ cup), 1 Tbsp Baking powder

Mix

Cut the 3 bananas in half

In a pan, melt 20 g of butter

1 Tbsp brown sugar

Let it caramelize a little but don't burn it, so as not to have a bitter taste.
