Orange Turkish Delight recipe No gelatin (Lokum)

Ingredients
240 milliliters orange juice (240g/1 Cup)
100 grams Sugar (1/2 Cup)
1 tablespoon Orange zest
Pinch of salt (optional)
50 grams Cornstarch (1/3 Cup + 1Tbsp)
10 grams Butter
Instructions
In a non-sticky saucepan, pour 240g/240ml (1 Cup) orange juice
Add 100g Sugar (1/2 Cup)
1 Tbsp Orange zest
Add a Pinch of salt
Mix well
Add 50g Cornstarch (1/3 Cup + 1Tbsp )
Mix well and dissolve the cornstarch
Cook over low heat, stirring continuously
10g Butter
Cook until the mixture no longer sticks to the pan
Leave to cool for a few hours
Grease a knife with oil and cut the candies into squares
