500 milliliters hot Milk
50 grams Sugar
60 grams Cornstarch
10 grams Butter
Coconut shred
Instructions
In a saucepan, pour 500ml of milk
Add 50g Sugar
Mix well
Add 60g Cornstarch
Mix well
place the saucepan over low heat, Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens, 1-2 minutes
Add 10g butter
pour into a non-stick dish
Leave at room temperature, then refrigerate 1-2 hours (or overnight)
