  • 500 milliliters hot Milk
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 60 grams Cornstarch
  • 10 grams Butter
  • Coconut shred
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, pour 500ml of milk
  2. Add 50g Sugar
  3. Mix well
  4. Add 60g Cornstarch
  5. Mix well
  6. place the saucepan over low heat, Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens, 1-2 minutes
  7. Add 10g butter
  8. pour into a non-stick dish
  9. Leave at room temperature, then refrigerate 1-2 hours (or overnight)
  10. Coat with shredded coconut
